NW Maintenance Interface Project Manager currently working on the Transpennine Route Upgrade (TRU). I lead the safe delivery of projects to achieve, cost, time and quality objectives within corporate guidelines, & develop appropriate delivery & supply strategies & plans for specific projects. Main Duties consist of:- Representing Infrastructure Maintenance in all stages of project development - Ensuring project work is carried out to standards - Oversee coordination between project & maintenance management of handback arrangements- Ensure the Delivery Unit Engineers requirements are considered by the project & delivered

I have one year’s placement experience working at Network Rail on the General Management scheme. I was situated within the Maintenance department under the Infrastructure Maintenance Services Manager. This team are responsible for the inspection and maintenance of the rail infrastructure, working to provide support to the operations and project teams to maintain the railway. My role was a varied role requiring me to complete and lead many different projects which enabled me to develop as a Graduate.- I lead projects to help achieve business outcomes, increase productivity and drive cost efficiency - Completed elements of HRM through being a member of the interview panel interviewing for various different roles- Learnt and completed the role of an Access Planner to help during staff shortages
