🏠 I first started in property when I worked for Platinum Property Partners in 2017 (the largest property franchise that specialises in HMO's). I worked with landlords that had been in the industry for over 10 years, learning from them and how they built their businesses. 👩‍🎓When I left university in my final year I launched my first company Hedgehog Studios in 2018. We started by offering interior styling & photography to local landlords but this quickly grew to the Interior Design and Branding company it is today. Since launching in 2018 we have designed over 100 HMO's and helped more than 200 landlords through design, photography & branding. 🔑Last year I got the keys to our first investment property! Alongside this we launched my second company: Hedgehog Lettings. We manage and look after 24 properties in Oxfordshire and are looking to expand this over the next few years.
