Develops, manages, and implements CAN programs, and specifically coordinating CAN’s core in-person programs for children (swim, skate, multisport, and active) as well as gymnastics, dance, music, hockey, and summer camps. Additional responsibilities include creating and delivering community trainings focused around accessibility and inclusion to community partners, and overseeing the creation and implementation of behaviour support plans for CAN participants.

Responsibilities include working with children and teenagers with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families to create, design, and implement behavioural therapy programs based on assessment in addition to training parents, family members, and staff how to best support these individuals.

Provide behavioural therapies for individuals on the Autism Spectrum as well as provide opportunities for recreation activities, exercise, social engagement, and participation in activities they find meaningful.

Adolescent Intensive Services- Mental Health and Addictions Unit

Provided a woman with disabilities with opportunities to participate in various social and recreation activities in the community.

Facilitate and help engage individuals with intellectual, cognitive, and developmental disabilities in various activities.
