I am an individual who has committed more than six years to a fulfilling career with The Salvation Army. My professional journey took an intriguing twist when I made the decision to return to the academic realm, achieving a diploma in community services. The Salvation Army, recognising my potential, offered me a unique role that seamlessly aligns with my skills and my unwavering passion for making a difference in the lives of others. As an Alcohol and Other Drugs Practitioner, I've embraced the challenge, even without formal qualifications in social work, nursing, or occupational health therapy. With enthusiasm and an abundance of practical experience, I've been determined to create a positive impact in any role. Beyond my professional endeavours, I take great pride in being a dedicated caregiver to two children, aged 14 and 12, both of whom face unique challenges due to disabilities. Now, I'm looking forward to the prospect of applying my qualifications and experience in a role that truly aligns with my aspirations.
