As a physical assistant, I help students advance their yoga practice by being a physical extension of the teacher's instruction and providing physical support. Before and after class, I help with set up and take down of the yoga studio and ensure all supplies are stocked. I greet each student and inquire about injuries and overall wellness. I also make an effort to build relationships with students and make sure they feel welcome and a part of the WVPY community.

Assisted in marketing and promoting all Historic happenings in our area through social media, radio, and print publications. Lead in organizing the Historic Home Interior Tours throughout Albany's historic districts. I served as a liaison with Monteith House Museum, Thompson Mills Heritage Site and Albany Regional Museum.

I served as the main point of contact between customers, vendors and manufacturing facility through phone, email and in-person communication. I gathered and organized all details necessary for print production and created detailed work orders prior to processing of each project. I began my time at OWP in the Prepress Department, where I honed my skills as a graphic designer and learned how to process files for press.
