I’ve coached more than 3,000 financial consultants, VPs, and C-suite executives on thought leadership and personal branding and in our internal learning and development program. My L&D role has included creating and launching the program, onboarding participants and developing new product ideas. I coach employees on branding, social media and leadership through ongoing 1:1 support and by leading monthly webinar workshops. I deliver live and virtual learning sessions to a diverse group of executives, sales teams and employees. I work with a cross-functional team to continuously to come up with innovative ideas, new ways to implement them and defining the measurements for success. In my job, I work as a brand evangelist for the program by developing relationships with partners and key stakeholders to establish internal PR and building momentum for the program. I have a true passion for seeing great ideas come to life. I’ve been involved in the startup world for several years. I launched my own company, Leimkuehler Media in 2015, a brand coaching and consulting firm specializing in leadership development. I've spoken at Chicago Social Media Week, Coldwell Banker, the Junior League of Cleveland among others. Most recently I was awarded Northeast Ohio Movers & Shakers Top 25 Under 35 Award.I’m the Executive Producer of the documentary, “Fresh Tracks” that follows the journey of my grandfather, Paul Leimkuehler, and the launch of the adaptive skiing movement. This film follows his story from losing his leg during the Battle of the Bulge in WWII and turning his amputation into an opportunity by building his own artificial leg and opening a prosthetic business. He returns to the world of sports triumphantly after designing the first pair of ski outriggers in the U.S. that earned him a spot in the U.S. Ski & Snowboard Hall of Fame, the U.S. Disabled Snow Sports Hall of Fame and the Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame.You can email me at katieleimkuehler@gmail.com
