As Chief Operating Officer, Katie is directly responsible for strategic planning, implementation and management for John Lynch & Associates’ daily operations. She administers financial resources to ensure daily operational needs are well met and cost effective. She takes an active lead in developing and managing her departmental budget while maintaining strong financial performance. She also provides leadership for corporate budgets, business planning and marketing efforts.Katie builds and strengthens client relationships. She ensures services are provided to clients with the best quality. She optimally coordinates internal resources to effectively meet client needs.Katie is also responsible for the HR department. As Director of HR she aligns all recruiting efforts with the values of John Lynch & Associates. She prides herself in successful hiring to ensure happy employees and ultimately satisfied clients. Once hired she strengthens employee relationships to provide for their changing needs. Katie works with management to ensure employees have the proper tools and resources to provide quality services consistently.
