CurrentCruCon Cruise Outlet is a travel agency that works exclusively with cruises. I work directly with agents from multiple cruise lines. I am responsible for reconciliation of reservations prior to embarkation to confirm the reservation details and financial information in CruCon’s system matched the cruise line system. I am in charge of purchasing promised amenities across multiple cruise lines, and I work with the accounting manager in reconciling the credit card statement to our purchased amenity log. I help to facilitate updates to reservations per guests request. Including processing payments, requesting refunds, adding and/or removing passengers. I must continually stay up to date with each cruise lines policy to remain knowledgeable in these constantly changing times.
