I combine my passion for marketing and management at Copper Pot, a busy cafe where I oversee daily operations and implement innovative marketing strategies. With the help of my team, we have increased sales and loyalty by launching a new menu, improving online reviews, and rebranding the social identity of the establishment. I also create engaging and original content for various social media platforms, using the Procreate app and the Adobe Suite, to showcase the cafe's products and values.I have a BA in Fine Arts from Sheffield Hallam University, where I developed my artistic skills and vision. I am always eager to learn new skills and techniques, and to explore new ways of expressing my creativity. I am currently taking a 12 week course to increase my knowledge in the digital marketing industry, and to apply it to my current role and future projects.
