As a Client Services Manager, my duties include meeting project & training deadlines and assignments by the Director of Client Services. I am responsible in assisting in the creation of simulated training modules and literature for our clients learning activity. I am also responsible in researching and working as part of a team to meet intuitive projects & training assignments along with researching support issues which would further compliment our current applications and meet client needs.

- Overseeing the smooth function of the Front Office Department (Switchboard, Front Desk, Signature Club and BellDesk). - Balancing room inventory- Conduct interviews for potential employees- Additional duties include: scheduling, payroll, Signature Club Revenue Tracking and Delta Privilege Champion- Computer programs used: Lanmark, Iris, WinAI, Excel, Word and Publisher. I have also complete basic Delphi Training.
