CurrentAs a Learning & Development Partner, I work closely with our internal HRIS team and Compliance team to update our annual regulatory training modules, publish them to Workday, and monitor completion of regulatory training for both New Hires and associates needing to complete annual training. I have assisted our Chief Compliance Officer during Audits of training records, pulling relevant information from the system of record (Workday) and demonstrating pulling the information up live in the system. I run monthly Learning Council meetings, getting all trainers together from various departments and from our Family of Companies so we can share best practices and learn helpful information together. I update department-specific training materials, including annual regulatory training and create new modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise, and manage our team subscription to Articulate. I facilitate requested training, such as the organization-wide rollout of OneDrive through Labs, for which I have also created anonymous surveys using Microsoft Forms for participants to deliver honest and fair feedback. I maintain question and issue tracking for annual regulatory training. I use Canva to create eye-catching and fun graphics that advertise our e-learnings and live upcoming offerings to our internal customers. My favorite part of this role is how autonomous and creative the role encourages me to be.
