Idaho Independent Bank's Customer Service department was truly more of a "Centralized Services" operation. In this role, detail-oriented employees were tasked with not only assisting customers via phone, email, and chat features, but also with: overdrafts, debit cards, credit cards, internet banking, Bill Pay, inter-branch support, and a variety of back office banking duties.

Maintained accurate CRM data, conducted post-sale satisfaction research, generated available property lists based on client wants & needs, coordinated public and charity events, and managed social media presence.
