Safety in Agriculture for Youth (SAY) is a grant project funded by the US Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Institute of Food and Agriculture to develop a sustainable and accessible national clearinghouse for agricultural safety and health curriculum for youth.

Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Performs the role of Campus Administrator for the Learning Management System as well as the CareerSafe Webmaster. Maintains the company marketing efforts as well as social media outlets. Leads the National Education Outreach Specialists (sales team). Also provides any Tier 3 support to the Support Services Staff.

Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific sales inquiries, while providing personalized customer service at the highest level. Maintained and built customer’s relationships through direct marketing, facilitate renewal orders, and offer sales and post-sales support to teachers and administrators. Assisted in order processing, arranging for the dispatch of course completion certification cards, and assist in biweekly and monthly reporting. Provided Quality Assurance testing on all products including web site maintenance and learning management system. Also attended national conferences providing support to the sales staff.

The SkillsUSA Alumni and Friends Association’s mission is to help promote SkillsUSA in terms of time, talent and financial resources at all levels – local, district, state and national.

Provided high level administrative support to the executive team. Performing clerical funcstions such as preparing correspondences, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Coordinated all travel for executive staff and employees. Coordinated corporate events. Assisted the Human Resources department with recruiting.
