As Account Director, I work as the lead on multiple client businesses. My role is to work closely with client, interagency partners and our internal team from the initial planning through production, ensuring all work stays on brief, budget and time. This role requires long term relationship building, collaboration between multiple departments and agencies, overseeing our internal team, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and trends while looking for growth opportunities for the agency.Clients include Explore Seattle Southside, BC Dairy and Alberta Milk, and the Vancouver Fraser Port Authority.

Returning to 123w, I continued to grow into an Account Leadership role. I oversaw Accounts teams and worked with partners to develop campaigns and overarching brand strategy for clients.Clients included Save-on-Foods, Urban Fare, Saje, Alpine Credits, BCLC, and Destination BC.

Worked closely with senior leadership group and creative teams to develop campaign work to help drive results for clients. Clients include 3 Mobile, Irish Distillers and Fever-Tree.Experience was, unfortunately, cut short due to COVID-19 when I had to return back to Canada.

Acted as the key, day-to-day contact for clients and internal teams to ensure all projects follow timelines, budgets and brand strategy to develop results-driven creative. I maintained clear communication across a variety of teams and functions. Helped oversee brand identity, digital, and traditional advertising campaigns as well as packaging and design projects. Clients included: Save-On-Foods, BCLC, Canada Media Fund (MADE | NOUS), KOHO, Vancouver Aquarium, Vancouver Mural Festival and Mercedes-Benz.

During my time as an intern at 123w, I was tasked with developing a variety of research decks including company backgrounds and competitor breakdowns for new and existing clients. I worked with our management team to develop pitch decks to help gain new business. I worked closely with all departments to help out with any task needed, including developing briefs, creative decks and production plans.

My key roles on set were to manage and protect the film locations in use. I also had the opportunity to help organize and coordinate with cast members with the Assistant Director's department.When I worked with the locations department, I was in charge of ensuring the protection of all locations. From the prep stage until we were taking everything down, it was my responsibility to make sure the location was kept in perfect shape. I had to be self-sufficient and quick on my feet for this job.When I worked with the Assistant Directors department, I was responsible for keeping track of many cast members as well as crew members. This included travelling cast to and from set, managing them through hair and makeup, and making sure the rest of the crew was aware of what was happening at each moment of the day. This role required quick thinking, organization, and a motivated personality.
