- Managed a team of five staff members- Delivered the college’s strategic marketing plan, inline with the college’s overall strategic objectives.- Responsible and accountable for the college’s marketing budget- Responsible for marketing campaigns, including the college’s main recruitment campaign for students, from writing the initial design brief, developing concept ideas, liaising with suppliers, media buying and the launch of the campaign- Management of the college website, intranet and social media sites- Responsible for all marketing and promotional literature. This included the college graduation, SLC - The Skills Show, awards evenings, open days, launch events and careers evenings.- Managed external and internal staff communications, including the staff newsletter, the college’s intranet and PR activities - Ensured that the college’s corporate identity was applied to all marketing and promotional materials
