• Served as Access Leader for initiatives across the 3000 provider / 350 location medical group, driving the scheduling infrastructure to launch the Cares Center and centralizing 85% of new patient scheduling across the medical group in under 10 months.• Collaborated with IT to launch a text-based appointment reminder system and bi-directional texting, resulting in a drop in “no shows” ($4M annual positive impact), and expanded text-initiated, web-based care gap communication tool.• Drove key initiatives to enhance video healthcare, including: launching video visits with Physicians & Providers in the medical group for all patients within 36 hours (to meet needs during March 2020 shut down), and partnering with key physician leaders on a special project to transition Covid patients out of hospital after a daily video visit from PCP.
