Led the talent strategy for the EMEAI region, striving for ongoing enhancements to attract and retain top talent within Tapestry. In collaboration with Corporate HR Business Partners, hosted the first Europe Leadership Talent Review, focused on senior management and executive-level employees across the corporate business. An advocate for Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity (EI&D) initiatives, partnered closely with the Europe EI&D lead to integrate these initiatives into the Talent landscape for the Europe market. Actively participated in Global Talent Leadership meetings, representing, and voicing the perspectives of the Talent Acquisition EMEAI team. Simultaneously, led a team overseeing the complete recruiting lifecycle across corporate functions, managing a wide-range of positions from entry-level to executive-level roles, and retail functions, spanning across 11 different countries in Europe.In March 2023 I transitioned into a Consultancy role, leveraging my expertise to empower the team following a relocation to the U.A.E.

My areas of expertise spanned across departments such as Marketing, PR, Digital/eCommerce, Customer Experience, Wholesale Sales, Buying, Planning and Allocation, HR, IT, Finance and Retail Operations. Retail Field recruitment spanned across 11 different countries in Europe and involved Area Managers, Store Management and the hiring of the complete teams for new store openings and pop-up shops.
