Led the talent strategy for the EMEAI region, striving for ongoing enhancements to attract and retain top talent within Tapestry. In collaboration with Corporate HR Business Partners, hosted the first Europe Leadership Talent Review, focused on senior management and executive-level employees across the corporate business. An advocate for Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity (EI&D) initiatives, partnered closely with the Europe EI&D lead to integrate these initiatives into the Talent landscape for the Europe market. Actively participated in Global Talent Leadership meetings, representing, and voicing the perspectives of the Talent Acquisition EMEAI team. Simultaneously, led a team overseeing the complete recruiting lifecycle across corporate functions, managing a wide-range of positions from entry-level to executive-level roles, and retail functions, spanning across 11 different countries in Europe.In March 2023 I transitioned into a Consultancy role, leveraging my expertise to empower the team following a relocation to the U.A.E.

Drove transformative change within the Tapestry HR Europe department by establishing a Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE). Leveraging strategic thinking and a collaborative approach, I strategized and developed innovative talent initiatives, fostering a culture of growth and development. Championed team efforts, facilitated the sharing of best practices from headquarters and streamlined processes, empowering our People Managers to hire the best talent across Tapestry and its brands – Coach, Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman. Led a team overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, encompassing a diverse range of roles from entry-level to executive-level positions across corporate and retail functions. My areas of expertise spanned across departments such as Marketing, PR, Digital/eCommerce, Customer Experience, Wholesale Sales, Buying, Planning and Allocation, HR, IT, Finance and Retail Operations. Retail Field recruitment spanned across 11 different countries in Europe and involved Area Managers, Store Management and the hiring of the complete teams for new store openings and pop-up shops.
