My extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate market, paired with a sharp business acumen and focus on client relationships, enables me to advise clients strategically and effectively in high-stakes transactions. From complex transactions to small business ventures, I facilitate a dynamic set of real estate and business matters as both a business advisor and outside legal counsel for real estate developers, commercial property owners, investors, lenders, tenants, and entrepreneurs. I have assisted buyers in the acquisition, finance, disposition, and stabilization of millions of square feet of office, retail, industrial, and multi-family properties. I act as outside counsel for several banks and private money lenders, for loan originations, as well as workouts and foreclosures. My experience ranges from coordinating a multi-billion-dollar development for the second largest developer in the world to advising small businesses on entity formation, leasing, and management issues. I also have experience working with restaurants and food services, ranging from local, neighborhood restaurants to national fine dining.I live in the East Bay with my daughter, Greer, and two dogs, Stella and Maisie. A runner and triathlete, I have completed eight marathons, dozens of half marathons and triathlons, including a full Ironman.
