I like to fix people, systems, organizations, and things. After working first as a management consultant to technology development teams, I trained to be a clinical mental health counselor (now licensed in Oregon and Washington). I use organizational and clinical expertise to counsel and coach professionals coping with challenges in the domains of work, mental health, and relationships. I have particular expertise working with technology professionals and teams and love nerding out on software development processes and best practices. My clinical practice is focused on the treatment of OCD-spectrum disorders (OCD, Illness Anxiety Disorder, BFRBs, etc.). In my spare time, I'm a parent to humans and dogs, an outdoorswoman, and a tinkerer with endless household projects.
