I’ve worked for an accounting team for the past 10 years, and recently transitioned to a Learning and Development role after spear-heading the integration of a training program at our company of 400+ employees. 🎯 My superpower is making complex systems, concepts, and processes simple and easy to understand! ✨I’ve always believed that big, meaningful change begins with a spark of curiosity and courage to go against the grain. After navigating a challenging childhood and entering the work force at 14 years old, I learned one of my most valuable lessons: the power of strategic thinking and focus. My early experiences shaped my approach to life and my career, teaching me to see beyond obstacles and carve a path forward.
