- Oversee the overall planning, direction, coordination, execution, control, and completion of assigned projects
- Help define each project's scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with customers
- Develop detailed work plans, including work breakdown structures, product, release, and sprint planning, project milestones, risk assessment/management plans, staffing needs, and project timelines.
- Actively monitor, track, and manage project budget, timeline, and scope.
- Actively monitor, track, and manage billable hours, project tasks, timelines, attainment of milestones, and overall quality of project activities and deliverables.
