"Impacting Lives Through Science" LI-COR Biosciences designs and manufactures instrument systems and research tools for environmental and biotechnology research. This is where I learned how natural talent and technical abilities/skill can work together to achieve great things. I served as a trusted advisor to the LI-COR leadership and management teams in the areas of assessment, selection, on-boarding, employee engagement, talent reviews, employee development and wellness.Previously was Talent Specialist & Wellness Coordinator from January 2010-April 2012.

Talent Plus was the foundation for my career. I have taken forward the principles of talent and strength management into every aspect of my career and personal life. I did a lot of things at Talent Plus, more specifically- I conducted structured interviews, trained and certified hundreds of individuals on the science of structured interviews, consulted with clients on strength-based concepts and best practices, provided personal strength-based feedback to managers and teams. Partnered with client organizations to adopt best practices of selection process flow, applicant tracking systems, and other technologies offered by TalentBank.Jan 2008- Oct 2009: In addition to client responsibilities, started recruiting in the organization and then moved into an internal HR manager role. Served as an employee advocate, administered employee benefits, improved on-boarding and other HR processes.
