My daily tasks involves: Answering all company email enquiries Dealing with all telephone communication Writing quotations – including working out client requirements and suitability Processing customer orders Offering specific technical advice, assistance and recommendations for all types of lighting, controls and accessories Upkeep of CRM system including data entry and processing Organising meetings for both UK & international clients, suppliers and representatives General administration tasks.
