I think like a customer. When customers have a question, they want an answer they will understand. My goal is is to make sure to provide the best experience for the customer by making them our first priority. I make sure to take care of the customer and be the expert I am and get them the right product for their occasion.When I work, I want to know what is going on and how I can help. What can I do to better the department? What can I do to make the store more whole? How can I make sure the customer has a great experience? The answer is in the communication and how you are as an individual. One must have a passion for what they do, friendly toward everyone, have a strong work ethic, communication, and very organized. By applying this mindset and attributes, customers will have a better experience and the workplace will thrive.For me, culture is key in the workplace. Having a strong culture will make it a second family. When you work with people who work well together everything flows smoothly, tasks gets done faster and better, higher morals and attitudes among co-workers, and better leadership throughout departments. With everything running smooth it can reflect on how we show ourselves and the company. With outside of work, I have the same mindset when it comes to having a good mentality that is filled with passion that I have. I take pride in doing a little bit of everything that I do. My life outside of work consists of hanging out with friends and family, going mountain biking and longboarding, creating artwork, and going for walks with my dog. Having a good experience outside of work and brining that attitude at work it will make it feel like you don't work a single day of your life.
