Assisted in transition of HR services from India to the UK. Dealt with HR and pay related queries. Supported TUPE consultations and ad-hoc project work. Responsible for the management of the HR Directors business and personal life, including sourcing worldwide travel, accommodation, work locations and conference facilities; first point of contact for subordinates; diary and time management, prioritising workloads; filtered communications including emails, flagging urgent issues; regular updates of risk register; collation of the board report; creating presentations. Trusted to act on HR directors behalf to follow up on work with other senior management to ensure deadlines were met. Other duties included minute taking, expense and invoice processing, meeting/greeting external clients, monthly update of company organisation charts using Power point. Initially recruited as a Facilities assistant, and was quickly promoted to senior assistant. Responsible for the day to day management of the site, ensuring Health and Safety regulations were met; fulfilling employee requests via the facilities help desk; liaising with the building landlords with regards to security breaches/incidents; organising catering requests; assisting with internal and external office moves.Accomplishments:• Managed major office moves for department relocations from different sites, coordinating external suppliers to ensure project completed successfully.• Promoted to a senior position at Head office site.• Responsible for the running of the site in the Facilities Manager’s absence.• Managed contractors including security, cleaning, catering and maintenance for the sites.• Acted as trainer for North West for all junior and new members to the facilities team.• On call for out of hours critical incidents.
