Executive Director of Permira Foundation - Permira’s social impact fund. We invest in and partner with 30+ charities, non profits, social enterprises and mission driven businesses across the UK, mainland Europe, the US and Asia

Co-founded and led the UK charity of the foundation, working with governments, charities, non profits and mission driven businesses across Europe. Led as Director of Europe, building the CPI Europe team from 3 to 20+ people.Our mission was to support leaders and their teams to reimagine how they work; to become more effective and impactful organisations. Over the years, we have supported leaders with AI, digital and urban transformations, climate action plans, system thinking and transformation, agile, collaboration and human centred design methods, leadership practice, funding approaches, and much more. We worked with organisations like Bloomberg Philanthropies, Google.org, the Rockefeller Foundation, the UN and government departments from many European countries. At CPI, I led an incredibly diverse team and advancing diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging is a core part of the leader I want to be.

Whilst CPI was still being incubated by BCG, I oversaw all European programmes and cases, including the launch of our AI, Climate and Organisational transformation strategies.

Joined as a Senior Associate, promoted to manage and then Director. Helped launch CPI - BCGs Nonprofit Foundation - from within BCG. Projects/Cases I have led include:- The creation of a new blueprint for children's social care in England, in partnership with Frontline (the social work charity). The blueprint poses a different way for a local authority to deliver children's social care, in a way that enables social workers to spend more time with families, at no additional cost.The blueprint was used as evidence in the national Children’s Social Care review and was featured in the Guardian and by Civil Service World. It still stands as a visionary document.- The future of US cities. In partnership with the Aspen Institute, we worked with cities across the US to explore what is working in terms of city innovation. I co-authored the final report which outlined best innovation practice across cities, and we presented the final report to a group of 100+ mayors and vice majors interested in how they can drive more innovation in their cities.- Multiple government and organisational effectiveness projects: we created a framework to help leaders in public and social impact design and deliver more impactful policies. I have worked with government and non profit organisations all over the world (incl. Malaysia, Netherlands, UK) on multiple policy areas (incl. education, health and justice) to support them to make more robust, effective policy, and ultimately enable their organisation to better support their communities.

During MPA at LSE, worked for the Government Economic Service / Government Social Research Service, and in private office for the Permanent Secretary at the time Jonathan Slater.

Worked with the 4 Children team supporting on a number of strategic priorities for the charity including drawing up expansions plans for what supporting more children could look like before pursuing an MPA
