In my role I managed the Communication Center for the Office of Undergraduate Admission. I recruited, hired, trained, and managed a team of 25+ Georgia Tech students to work in the communication center and run front desk. I also analyzed and gathered communication center data to create regular reports, identify trends and outliers, develop surveys, make communication recommendations, and solve or escalate emerging issues. I also had traditional admission counselor responsibilities, including the evaluation of 300+ first-year applications to Georgia Tech, and advising students and parents regarding admission related qualifications, information, and assistance in the application and decision-making process.

I designed and implemented paid media advertising on search engine mediums for various clients across several verticals including real estate, health care and legal. Using data to optimize and forecast the most effective performance and budget, I maintained and grew the accounts. Additionally, I consistently communicated with clients about current performance and potential growth.

Worked as a volunteer coordinator for the political campaign for Senate and State Governor. Implemented campaign-wide strategies to reach voters via phone, personal contact and media outlets. Recruited, managed and developed volunteer leaders to expand operations and increase output at a weekly growth rate of 15% Provided administrative support in event planning, office management and daily operations. Met with local colleges to encourage student involvement and education in relation to the campaign.
