An experienced educator, trainer, and consultant, Katie Ruzin has an extensive history addressing and meeting her clients’ individual and group needs. She is a skilled presenter who enjoys working to build strong positive relationships in order to help people and institutions identify and achieve their goals. A former music teacher with experience across the educational spectrum, Katie now delights in partnering with educators to reduce their stress, improve their effectiveness, and renew their passion. She specializes in providing educators with research-based, successful classroom management strategies; teaches them how to develop activities that increase student engagement and motivation; and assists in the implementation of arts integration across the curriculum. Katie also partners with administrative and other education teams to improve their effectiveness and accomplishments by aligning the thoughts and actions required in each leadership role.Having assisted in the development of the Student CareerPath Planning program, Katie also coaches families, homeschoolers, and high school students through the process of developing a career path by equipping themselves with the personal and functional skills they need as well as the emotional intelligence and soft skills they must have to be successful in life.
