With a specialized focus on alcohol beverage and food service accounts, execute strategic marketing projects, foster client relationships, and drive brand awareness through targeted promotional activities in the field. Provide support for Account Planning and Account Plan execution. Assess customer brand positioning for Givaudan product opportunities. Recommend, prioritize, and activate relevant category and product marketing promotions. Ensure that customers know and understand our product and service expertise. Served as a subject matter expert on assigned customers and brands. Ensure Marketing activity is consistent with and supports Division/Regional Branding and Positioning. Ensure that our products, technology and concepts are translated to be relevant to the customers brands and local markets. Partner with Sales and align with Flavor Creation and Applications to provide Marketing expertise to our customers. Lead and execute customer consultations regarding product development and market / consumer insights. Plan and Execute customer Innovation Days. Identify gaps and business opportunities in assigned territory; advise category and product teammates for program and product development. Facilitate and drive Customer and Product expansion strategies to the assigned customer audience. Develop, adapt and present Givaudan promotions and expertise to customer groups. Be an expert on Givaudan Sales Enablement systems like Salesforce, Pardot, and Atlas. Learn and utilize key proprietary insights programs to provide customer support. Develop and maintain knowledge of competitor products and define opportunities for differentiation. Analyze customer organizations to identify decision makers and influencers in product development and formulation decisions to develop targeted engagement strategies for Givaudan goals.
