Ms. Lewis is a Director leading the Change Management, Strategy, Talent & Organization Performance, and Workforce Performance Management functions at Intellizant. She is responsible for Intellizant's Internal Administration processes & Public Relations. Ms. Lewis has over sixteen years of experience covering a range of activities, including developing & executing communication plans; developing leadership alignment strategies & action plans; coordinating workforce transition activities such as role mapping efforts and organizational impact assessments; planning business process outreach sessions to explain procedures to end users; developing training in government financial and human resource systems; preparing strategic documents; and facilitating meetings. Additionally, Ms. Lewis is the Project Manager for a federal-government project at the Department of Health and Human Services. In this role, she leads two operations and maintenance teams, as well as manages the day-to-day management tasks, including change request management, project management & scheduling. She also is responsible for all change management activities on the project. Prior to Intellizant, Ms. Lewis led multiple change management & business transformation efforts at Deloitte Consulting. Efforts included identifying, developing & executing appropriate training strategies for the Defense Intelligence Community’s implementation of a pay modernization system; developing new communication & training initiatives, while maintaining the existing day-to-day change management efforts at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Business Administration Systems Office; & conducting leadership alignment & workforce transition efforts for the HHS Consolidated Acquisition Solution at the Program Support Center (PSC) and its Customer Agencies.Ms. Lewis received her B.A. in Public Communications from American University and her Master of Public Administration from American University. She is also has her PMP and is a PROSCI certified practitioner.
