La Cumbre Enterprise LLC, which opened for business in January of 2011, was a small, family-owned business. With family ties in both Costa Rica and the U.S., it was our desire to share the two cultures with our customers. We focused our efforts within the coffee industry, and created La Cumbre Coffee. The coffee was grown and roasted in Santa Maria de Dota, Costa Rica and was distributed in Louisville, Kentucky.

Was responsible for restoring, maintaining and ultimately growing all client relationships. Effectively built, trained and managed the client services department, as well as the design department. Created and implemented a new project process, which improved efficiency and customer satisfaction. Managed Web projects, as well as social media and online marketing accounts. Wrote press releases and Web copy.

Managed all Web communications for New West. Worked on high-profile accounts that included: the State of Kentucky; the Louisville Regional Airport Authority, San Bernardino County and GE Digital Cameras.
