I am an experienced Learning and Development Specialist with a keen interest in employee mental wellbeing and engagement. I have completed the CIPD level 3 certificate in Learning and Development Practice and the AET level 3 award in Education and Training, which has provided me with an exceptional grounding of all the different elements related to L&D. I have also obtained my CIPD level 3 diploma in Human Resources Practice. I have a keen interest in mentoring and coaching and have achieved the ILM level 3 qualification in Workplace Coaching, receiving a certificate of commendation upon completion of this. I have also obtained the ILM level 3 certificate in Leadership & Management in which I was awarded a distinction. I partake in continual CPD in order to further develop the skills that I have already attained through my studies. I am a qualified Mental Health First Aider, and I also deliver mental health training and mindfulness workshops.
