As part of her project, Katie had the opportunity to learn how to build-up virtual infrastructure, AD forests, group policy, and tools to manage group policy. She also worked closely with some industry leading partners in this space to see how their products automate the management of group policy and reduce operational risk on this critical core service. As of August 2014, Katie is now a senior at Georgia Tech and so wise beyond her years. She showed us that she had the professional maturity to keep her assignments on track and stayed extremely engaged while working remotely from home.
