I am a Niagara University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Currently I am the HR Engagement Manager at Person Centered Services in Buffalo, NY.Person Centered Services is owned by 27 nonprofit agencies in our region that provide services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With the mission to connect people with the care, support, and opportunities that maximize their quality of life, we support people across an 18 county region in New York State.With a strong passion for giving back and supporting my community, I am currently part of the Young Professionals for Olmsted Parks leadership group. We focus on the advocacy, conservancy, and education of the Buffalo Olmsted Parks Conservancy system throughout Buffalo, NY, as well as nonprofit management.In addition, I am an eight time rider and three time Extra Mile Club member in the annual Ride for Roswell to benefit Roswell Park Comprehensive Care Center, and part of the Queen City Revival volunteer group. Most recently I have joined the Party on Pearl team to plan and organize our annual night out to support John R. Oishei Children's Hospital.Through my passion for both the community and my work in HR, I put importance in the human behind the role. I have a strong focus on how to improve employee happiness, retention, and engagement through collaboration, community impact, and transparency.
