Dr Katie Spearritt is the Chief Executive Officer of Diversity Partners, an Australian consulting firm providing diversity and inclusion solutions to organisations operating in Australia and globally. Katie has more than 25 years of corporate experience driven by her passion to help organisations create more inclusive team cultures and customer experiences. She founded Diversity Partners in 2009 and now leads a team of experienced specialists who provide diversity and inclusion strategies, inclusive leadership education to leaders around the world, policy reviews, and inclusive customer experience reviews.
