Katie Sutton is a best selling author, public speaker, energy medicine teacher and sound healer. She is the founder and CEO of Sutton-Vogt, Inc which has three distinct business arms. Zen Within Academy, an online and in person community for awakening souls, Healing Stone Beings an online crystal shop selling one of a kind and unique pieces hand selected by Katie and her husband Josh and Zen Within Creative, a marketing and design services business for spiritual entrepreneurs and small business owners who want a heart centered approach.Katie also has a thriving private healing practice within Zen Within Academy. Katie’s clients span a broad demographic spectrum and are united in their search for solutions to their life challenges. Often these are similar to those Katie faced on her own spiritual journey: highly sensitive empaths overwhelmed by feeling what everyone around them is feeling; loyal partners, children, siblings or subordinates to narcissists who drain them of their joy and lifeforce energy; successful Corporate professionals in lucrative roles that leave them feeling empty, exhausted and suffering from stress induced illnesses such as hormonal imbalances, adrenal fatigue, migraines, addictive behavioral patterns and chronic fatigue. After investing more than a decade in a combination of research into natural remedies to her personal health concerns, formal study in undergraduate and graduate programs at the Boulder Psychic Institute, and certifications in professional and wellness coaching, Katie founded Zen within Academy. Her passion is to provide a wide array of healing modalities and experiential programs which can be tailored for both the current and future needs of her clients. She and her husband Josh travel across the country leading retreats and workshops where they incorporate her original and transformational 12th Dimensional Healing™ techniques and sound healing therapies which create tangible and lasting shifts for their clients. During her individual healing sessions, workshops, speaking engagements, retreats and online programs and events, she intuitively crafts an alchemy of meditation, breath work, energy medicine and channeled teachings from her guides and higher self to awaken unity consciousness and deep healing for her clients and students. Zen Within Academy also facilitates invaluable access to a community of likeminded individuals who understand each other’s struggles and encourage one another in their healing and spiritual transformation.
