Leading logistics for 5,000+ attendees, organizing 400 volunteers, and collaborating with city departments sparked her passion for people-centered leadership and operational efficiency. Since 2007, she has worn many hats: streamlining operations for one of the largest U.S. banks, building an intern program from scratch, supporting a new merchandising initiative for an international non-profit, and launching a youth program for America’s largest community service organization.These experiences shaped her ability to transform bold ideas into actionable strategies. Whether leading cross-functional teams, tackling complex challenges, or guiding organizations through growth, Katie’s focus has always been the same: creating solutions that empower people and drive sustainable success.Today, through The Outsourced COO, Katie works with everyone from fresh startups to multi-million-dollar companies, family-owned businesses, and franchises.
