- Facilitate curriculum rooted in anti-oppression and liberation for annual summer youth leadership conference for 35 high school students, including facilitation of small discussion groups and whole-group workshops.- Students Against Racism facilitator 2018: Facilitated weekend retreat for 27 aspiring anti-racist high school students on understanding racial privilege and oppression, exploring the history of race in the US, and coalition building.

• Cultivated and managed rotating caseload of 7-10 clients in education, non-profit, philanthropy, and corporate sectors to support them through challenges, such as embedding DEI & anti-racism into the workplace, workplace culture, leadership & management, performance management, and affinity space development.• Designed and executed customized services for clients grounded in anti-racist practices & inclusive leadership strategies, including curriculum design and session facilitation for staff training sessions, executive leadership coaching, large-scale equity audits, and targeted consulting to support strategic planning and workplace culture. • Assembled, coached, and managed multiple project teams of full-time and part-time consultants to develop effective end-to-end program service, from initial proposal to data analysis & client debrief.• Designed, facilitated, and trained our internal staff of 10 on new curriculum for training session services.• Served as the design & project lead for the Aspiring White Anti-Racist PLC cohort of 15 individuals across the US for 3 consecutive years.

- Facilitated half-day, full-day, & multi-day learning experiences for teams and/or managers in organizations partnered with oneTILT to cultivate a practice of equity and innovation. All learning experiences were rooted in three primary pillars: concrete skill building, race, equity, & inclusiveness, and design thinking.

• Worked with team of facilitators to support individuals and organizations to navigate and resolve racially stressful situations through a series of immersive training sessions grounded in culturally responsive, cognitive-behavioral, relationship-building, and mindfulness strategies based on 30 years of racial socialization research by Dr. Howard C. Stevenson of the University of Pennsylvania.• Received over 30 hours of direct training from Dr. Stevenson and 20 hours of experience facilitating Racial Literacy modules.

• Coached yearly cohort of ~20 first-year teachers in district and charter schools to develop skills in lesson planning, curriculum design, content knowledge, and relationship building & classroom culture.• Designed, managed, and facilitated yearly Diversity, Equity, and Inclusiveness scope & sequence for whole group training sessions of 100 teachers, including racial affinity groups and culturally responsive curriculum development.• Served as staff liaison for regional PRISM chapter, supporting LGBTQIA2S+ teachers through yearly programming and resource development.• Head of Induction 2019 & 2020: Designed and executed large-scale project plan for 3-day professional development orientation for 55 incoming teachers, including the management of 15-person regional staff.

• Selected as 1 of 65 DEIFs from across the United States to staff TFA’s first National Virtual Summer Training experience for 3,000 incoming teachers.• Redesigned and facilitated 8 two-hour virtual sessions over 4 weeks for a Learning Community of 40 teachers and 6 staff members. Session topics include: addressing harm, cycle of socialization, anti-Blackness, unlearning bias, supporting LGBTQIA2S+ & undocumented students, and building coalitions.• Role results: Yielded 100% “strongly agree” to DEI learning survey question, compared to National average of 92.1%.

- Managed, coached, and developed corps members to become culturally responsive instructional leaders who become lifelong advocates for educational equity. - Coached a yearly cohort of science teachers in both district and charter schools between 5th grade and 12th grade.- Served on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusiveness Committee to design and execute professional development sessions about identity, power, oppression, & privilege for both Teach for America staff and corps members. - Supported corps members through their graduate and certification programs at the University of Pennsylvania and Relay Graduate School of Education.

- Created the 7th & 8th grade science curriculum through a social justice lens using culturally responsive pedagogy while assuming all responsibilities of classroom teacher.- Data Assistant: Responsible for compiling and analyzing all data from benchmark assessments in order to further student academic achievement.

• Designed syllabus & taught weekly 3-hour Politics of Sexuality course for 2 semesters, where students were pushed to think critically and engage in dialogue about socialization, gender, sexual violence, intersectionality, policy, and education.

- Collaborated with team to implement large group workshops and small discussion groups on various topics including identity, privilege, oppression, and prejudice at week-long youth peer leadership conference.- Manytown Forum Facilitator: Facilitated two 2-hour gender identity & bullying workshops for 60 high school students at one-day human relations youth forum.

- 2011 Philadelphia Corps Member: Successfully completed requirements for 2-year placement period in a National non-profit organization working to expand educational opportunity in underrepresented communities.- Corps Member Advisory Council Member: Worked collaboratively with 10 fellow council members to create new initiatives for corps members including a mentor/mentee program, corps member wellness development, and diversity development. - Diversity Committee Leader: Created 3-session professional development series for 75 Teach for America teachers to address identity issues and stereotype threat in the classroom.

- Organized annual Gay Straight Alliance Forum for local high schools- Created anti-bullying LGBTQ curriculum for middle and high school students and staff in New Jersey- Spoke in local high schools about anti-bullying and prejudice reduction for students and faculty.
