Was entrusted as product manager over uShip's first entry into the global markets. Worked to globalize the entire platform for different languages and cultures, and was promoted out-of-cycle to Product Manager after my work on this project.

Got the opportunity to be a part of a multi-million dollar contract bid for an online state government project. Helped develop the contract proposal by contributing market research, gathering requirements, doing build vs buy analysis, and writing content and scripts for the project bid.

Tracked and analyzed potential market opportunities, customized and administered Salesforce.com instance for our sales team, and helped improve business development procedures for our sector.
