Maintained customer relationships and conducted sales; ran advertising, email marketing campaigns, and customer outreach; maintained relationships with vendors; scouted new growers and attended trade shows. Notable accomplishments: Initiated monthly Plant Swap where community members traded plants and built lasting relationships; collaborated with community partners to implement a zero-waste program that diverted nursery pots from the landfill; created a program to donate unsold plant material to local schools and community gardens; started a workshop series with classes on propagation, soil, California native plants, and more; partnered with the LA Arboretum and The Huntington Library to establish a reciprocal discount program.

Fielded sales inquiries; cultivated client relationships and followed up on potential sales interest; planned travel and art fairs; represented the gallery and conducted sales at art fairs in Mexico City, New York, London, and Brussels; liaised with artists, clients, institutions, and galleries to bring exhibition schedule to fruition; oversaw reproduction requests and contracts; coordinated local, domestic, and international fine art shipments; worked with museum loans and incoming/outgoing consignments; assessed insurance values of artworks; ensured complete and accurate inventory of artworks.
