I worked with marketing staff to implement marketing tracking sheets that showed activity, planning steps and budget needed. This included working with partners in the firm to direct them on next steps in the sales process and teaching them that the proposal document is a recap of discussions had with the prospect. I also helped prep them for meetings to discuss the proposal and how they too are customized.
