I am on the business development team and working with all four cleaning & restoration divisions within our company. I mainly oversee our website, third-party vendors, and social media platforms. I focus on developing and implementing SEO strategies.Website: I manage the creation & upkeep of our website (Wordpress).Landing pages: I have created customized landing pages based on the current campaigns on social media, Google Ads, etc.SEO: I focus on high-quality content, optimum functionality, and increased visibility.Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Google My Business, LinkedIn, HootsuiteVideo: I write video scripts, build storyboards, film events, edit, and publish videos. Photography: I capture employees, teams, and before and afters of our restoration and cleaning projects. I edit and publish the chosen photos.Blogs: I write all the blogs, watch key metric performances, and produce highly effective content.Manage Projects: Collaborate on projects between the owner, 4-10 other managers, and third-party vendors.New technologies: I search for systems and solutions that help solve workplace challenges. And then teach employees how to use new applications. I am blessed to have grown so much with a company that has been in business for more than 65 years. By combining different team's ideas, expertise, and creativity, I aim to capture ServiceMaster's voice and share it with the online community.

I designed quarterly newsletters at MEI that were sent to Ear Nose and Throat (ENT) offices across Michigan.
