I currently serve as leader of two learning design and development business units and have matrixed responsibility for a third. I lead geographically-dispersed cross-functional teams in the creation of customized training programs for a diverse range of industries. I’m responsible from first client contact through implementation of the final learning experience. I love being responsible for the full process, as it allows me to ensure that we provide a cohesive experience for our clients through all phases of our engagements.I consult with and develop strong partnerships with clients, strategizing solutions to meet the needs of their learning audience and drafting plans to execute on those strategies.I mentor, develop, and promote team members into roles that capitalize on their strengths and help them grow. I focus on maintaining a culture of positive leadership.I drive performance and improvement by partnering with key stakeholders and mid-level managers to identify process improvements and skill building opportunities.

I interfaced with more than 2,000 customers in two years through focus groups, webinars, surveys, and other events. I developed and executed strategies to drive business development while adding value to educational materials. I managed scope, content, internal and external communications, and budgets for educational products. I also managed a team of in-house content developers and external contributors and vendors.* Carefully crafted surveys to leverage market research best practices that grew survey responses more than 10-fold.* Boosted customer event attendance while lowering cost by developing and executing strategy to bring event management in house.
