● Conduct market research to analyze contract availability, pay competition, customer service quality, and customerconvenience for my individual clients.● Evaluate skills of prospective candidates to ensure they meet qualifications specified by clients.● Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems to track candidate progress and applications.● Source Candidates to fill vacancies of Clients.● Compile complete list of quotes that are compliant with the candidates requirements, perform compensationanalysis, such as adequate pay competition, to determine fairness and reasonableness and select the quote withthe best value.● Prepare and evaluate detailed contracts between clients and candidates, to ensure accuracy for both parties.● Award the contract, monitor the onboarding process, and administer the terms and conditions of the contract.● Assess issues that arise throughout the contract, and develop a plan to solve and minimize the chance of issuesreoccurring.● Maintain long-lasting relationships with candidates by providing superior customer service before, during, and aftereach assignment.● When required, perform associated work to terminate the contract and assist with resolution of payment inquiries.

● Prepare documents such as Land Holds, Real Estate Contracts, Building Permits, and Loan Disbursements.● Analyze needs/wants of customers, conduct market research on product availability and competitor pricing, andpresent best valued quotes to customers.● Procure building materials throughout the process.● Monitor and ensure standards are maintained and legal building regulations are adhered to.● Act as intermediary between clients and project managers, draftsman, and sub-contractors.
