I work on a content design team in UX. It’s a hoot. Currently, I manage a multi-product library of digital adoption content designed to champion, bolster, and support global SaaS customers. Responsibilities and recent accomplishments:- Migrating the entire library from one digital adoption tool to another while partnering with Engineering and IT to complete implementation with minimal customer disruption- Managing and maintaining content in 11 translations, ensuring users all over the world see the content they need when and where they need it- Training and consulting a team of Content designers to design, build, and segment digital adoption content to meet product teams’ KPIs and drive productivity- Technical implementations, such as setting up automated dataflow to ensure audiences are always up to date, as well as using CSS skills to align digital adoption content with the look and feel of the platform- Partnering across the company to decrease Support costs, increase time to value, gather user sentiment, inform with critical notifications, and create an exceptional user experienceIn the past, I’ve:- Created and maintained expertly written and accessible help content for multiple products in an agile environment - Developed in-app experiences with digital adoption tools (Pendo, WalkMe, etc.), meeting users where they're at, with the help they need, in language they understand- Copy edited - Trained and mentored a writing team- Analyzed data to inform content creation based on audience behavior- Used Pareto's principle to focus on projects that drive exponential and repeatable results (i.e., creating automated workflows that delight clients while driving down company costs)
