As the Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy at Smithsonian affiliate Conner Prairie, I lead the marketing and communications efforts, manage media buys and guide the advertising strategy to increase attendance, membership and revenue.

Writing, producing, and editing daily promo proofs and teases for our daybreak newscasts. I also develop, write, and produce image campaigns, proof of performance spots, and special report promos. These spots have earned back-to-back awards by the Indiana Broadcasters Association for “Best Promo” and have also been nominated for a Cleveland Regional Emmy. In 2013, I was nominated by my colleagues and inducted into LIN Media’s “Circle of Excellence” for outstanding leadership, professionalism and dedication. I also use our social media platforms to increase our stations' visibility with unique teases that start a conversation. My skill-set also includes shooting with multiple types of cameras and editing with various systems including Avid, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
