The move from event-based fundraising to mission-based fundraising was made to help sustain the organization as events change and develop over time. Sharing the programs, mission and core values of the organization led to a more engaged community with all programming. Produced the International Mayor's Dinner & Global Awards, Annual Meeting and Members Circle of Giving receptions - events used to help promote the programs of the organization. Managed the production of all print materials for the mission-based fundraising program, annual report and International Mayor's Dinner.Wrote grants to support the organization's youth and adult programs year-around. Produced the Santa in Sundance Square program, growing it from $35,000 to almost $90,000.
