Unlock and realize your business potential with one of the most dynamic and accomplished consulting firms in the Northwest.Technical Recruiter: October 2012 - April 2015Responsibilities:- Recruiting top talent to join our growing and successful team!- Building and managing long-term relationships with prospective candidates - Coordinating and managing the interview process between candidates and clients- Offer extension and negotiation- Many of the same belowAssociate Recruiter June 2012 - September 2012Responsibilities:- Main priority: Sourcing candidates for multiple open requisitions- Building and maintaining a pipeline of vetted, qualified candidates- Initial phone screens of candidates- Many of the same belowRecruiting Coordinator Aug 2011 - June 2012Responsibilities:- Researching and implementing the latest sourcing and recruiting strategies- Coordinating, scheduling, and managing second-level face-to-face interviews between candidates and current employees/ownership team- Maintaining soft copies of candidate resumes, communication, and related files- Monitoring, updating, and managing our Applicant Tracking System (MaxHire)- Conducting candidate reference checks- Managing relationship between Society Consulting and subvendors- Ad hoc support for staff of 3 Sr. Recruiters in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentAll of my efforts are to ensure that we are building a team of customer-facing professionals who can immediately add value, navigate ambiguity, and are solutions-focused.
