I am a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst that is currently operating in the State of Kentucky. I received my Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Florida Institute of Technology in 2005, obtained board certification in 2006 and became a Licensed Behavior Analyst in 2013. My experience in this field is vast in relation to treating individuals with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities and other related disorders. After experiencing a multitude of settings in both state and privately funded facilities and organizations and observing the real and potential impact that behavior analysis can have on a person's quality of life, I realized how limited our field is when attempting to provide services to the general population. I decided to open up my own company, Walden Behavior Solutions, LLC, to begin the process of mainstreaming into the general population and aiming services into the realms of behavioral pediatrics, health and wellness, and troubled adolescents and teenagers. My ultimate goal and mission as a behavior analyst and business owner is to spread the knowledge and awareness of ABA, so the success and the potential of our field can be felt wider and deeper. Every person, caregiver and family should have the opportunity to benefit from applied behavior analysis services, no matter who they are, how old they are, what diagnosis they have and what behavior challenge (big or small) they may be experiencing.
