My treatment approach involves a blend of manual therapy in combination with individualized exercise prescription. Additional tools I use include anatomical acupuncture and electrical modalities as needed. I enjoy working with individuals of all fitness levels and value developing a client-therapist partnership in order to achieve client treatment goals. Furthermore, my treatment approach focuses not only on alleviating pain, but correcting muscle imbalance and joint dysfunction in order to prevent future injury.
